We are not installers and we do not do the joinery, the gas pipe or the circuit — what we do is diagnose the appliance, quote the work and carry it out, and tell you plainly when the problem is the installation rather than the machine.

- Whether the appliance can come forward far enough to reach its own back panel, and what is in the way if not
- For anything on a gas line: which fuel the property runs, because the foothills are not all on natural gas
